As President of Crossland Coaching & Consulting, LLC, Deb Crossland coaches individual senior leaders and provides guidance to leadership teams for peak performance. With a rich and extensive leadership legacy, Deb is known for being practical, wise, highly intuitive and achieving measurable results. The value of her guidance has found her repeatedly in the role of trusted coach and advisor to C-level executives across the United States. She has experience coaching across the organization including all levels of operational and executive branches.
Prior to forming her consulting and coaching business, Deb served as the Enterprise Executive Coach for Providence Health & Services, a 12 billion, 64,000-employee organization spanning from Alaska through California. In that role she had oversight for the internal and external coaching practices for the top 150 executive level positions in the organization, as well as maintaining a select executive coaching practice.
Deb began her career in healthcare. She has held operational, faculty and executive roles. Deb has spent most of her career having oversight for all aspects of organizational talent management ranging from employee engagement to management and executive development. She believes the key to successful organizations is effective leaders who establish an environment of trust and commitment for employees while achieving results.
Deb received her bachelor’s degree from Pacific Lutheran University and Master’s in Nursing Degree, with a focus on organizational learning, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from Eastern Washington University. She is a Certified Coach through the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, CA and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. Deb is certified in Personalysis and consults nationally using Personalysis and the 5 Dysfunction of a Team model for developing executive leadership teams. She is also certified in Hogan, EQ in Action, Flawless Consulting, Six Sigma CAP, Lominger Career Architect, Crucial Conversations, Organizational Analysis and Design, Select Interview, Organizational Transitions and DDI. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, Fellow and Institute of Coaching Professional Association (ICPA).
